Mr. Vikas Bhasin , the esteemed Chairman and Managing Director of Saya Group, exemplifies visionary leadership and unmatched dedication in the field of real estate development. With a remarkable career spanning more than twenty years, his relentless pursuit of excellence has propelled Saya Group to the forefront of the industry.

Mr. Bhasin was born in Delhi and pursued his education at one of the most prestigious schools in the city before venturing into real estate. In 1996, he initiated his journey as a first-generation entrepreneur, establishing Saya Homes and laying the foundation of his career in the industry.

Led by Mr. Bhasin's vision, Saya Homes has emerged in the dynamic real estate landscape in 1996. Since then, the company has made its mark with numerous residential and commercial projects across Delhi NCR with a vast portfolio encompassing over 8 million Sq.Ft. of luxurious residential and commercial spaces.

He is one of the visionaries in building the landscape of Indirapuram and is held in high regard by his customers with whom he started his journey in real estate. They continue to invest in his marquee projects and value their association with Saya.

Customer Relationship

KYC Generation

Once a sale is finalized, the CRM team takes care of all paperwork (KYC included) and records customer information in a safe database.

Customer Welcome

Customers are sent a welcome message and a verification call to the respective allottee to avoid any discrepancy later.

Booking the entry

Subsequently, CRM uses the latest secured data entry software for booking the entry.

Builder-buyer Agreement

After receipt of the initial booking amount, agreements (such as builder-buyer) are drafted and finalized in accordance with RERA norms to avoid any legal ambiguities.

Throughout Project Support

The team arranges home loan support, sends demand letters as per the payment schedule, and sends periodic updates on construction and payment status to keep the buyers in the loop.

Demand Letter Updates

Demand letters are shared as per the agreed payment schedule, and there is complete transparency and clarity at all stages.

Timely Project Updates

We ensure regular updates on the construction progress and milestones, and you remain informed and confident throughout your journey.

On-Time Payment Guidance

We share timely payment notifications to ensure your home journey remains seamless and on track.

Offer of Possession

Once a property is ready, the letter of possession and 'No Dues' certificate is sent, and the CRM team works in collaboration with their legal partners for a smooth handover.

Registration Support

Seamless and trouble-free property registration process through end-to-end coordination with legal specialists for paperwork, stamp duty, and formalities.

Built-in Transparency

All communication processes are recorded and shared to avoid any hassles and ensure a smooth experience for the customers.

Handover

Customers that are done with the registration process, can proceed with handover formalities.
